Ranking the SEC's quarterbacks - SEC Blog - ESPN These rankings are part of ESPN's SEC football blog.
interesting rankings. i'm surprised they have brantley at fourth and masoli at third. brantley is too low and masoli too high. i'm pleasantly surprised that jefferson is at six, which isn't too bad considering the inane amount of disrespect he has received from ESPN (and everyone else) this season. i would fully expect that publication to have him at 10 or 11. fwiw, i'd have him fourth behind mallet, brantley and mcelroy.
He took it upon himself to get better this offseason, and hopefully that translates on the field. I think he did a good job last year (minus the sacks), but other than that, I think we have a strong starter in JJ.
Unless your Brantley... I have a feeling that kid is going to get rocked a number of times and a few by us.....
Brantley is a first year starter, but he has been there since 2007. Just like Flynn, he should do just fine.
