Logan Stokes again and apparently he got death threats over it. The article is rather vague but if true that's disturbing. http://www.wwl.com/LSU-TE-receives-death-threats/20302208
What's funny is that that pulling of the pants happened at the exact same time as AJ's facemask was getting pulled off.
I watched the video and the replay at least three times. I didn't see anything that looked like the ball touching the turf. It looked to me like the ball broke the plane on the touchback. That's all it takes.
If every call the whole game doesn't go Alabama's way, deserved or not, the gumps complain. They think they should win every game 59-0 or it's a grand conspiracy against them.
Well, I just saw Moo U hosed by the replay official in Tuscaloosa. I believe it was a potential touchdown, but no view we saw gave proof and the ruling on the field was a fumble and State recovery. Called a TD anyway. Total BS, again. The teams not residing in AL need to insist on a change.
Kind of agree. I thought it was a TD but there was not a definitive view so the call on the field should have stood. That is the way it goes when your fans are in the replay booth.
I was wondering I wasn't watching the game that intently but I caught when the gumps made an INT in the end zone in the 3 or 4th quarter. So I know the rules are slightly different in college and the pros, that being said I have a couple of questions. Is there a force out rule in the NCAA? Because the gump forced the moo u player out of bounds running down field, both came in bounds and made an INT Would that not be pass interference? Don't you have to get yourself in bounds for a step or two before you can touch the ball? I would have to back and look but no hat was thrown indicating anyone went out of bounds. Freaking gump player had to dodge the damn coach. Freaking disgusting
