According to this guy, Florida was given a fieldgoal and never scored a touchdown against LSU. This article really shocked me. Anyone else heard about this? I know there have been crews of officials in the SEC that have been suspended, but this seems to even cross the crappy line set by the SEC. The Ouachita Citizen: Sports: Perrilloux still lingers
Wasn't this discussed to death already? Breaking news: SEC officials suck, you heard it here first!!!!!
Dude-I know SEC officials suck, but I wasn't aware that the Tebow touchdown against LSU was bogus. That's the first I had heard of it.
Not a shot at you, but it was discussed at length in several threads weeks ago. The Florida defender grabbed the DB's jersey and pulled him backwards propelling himself into the open for the TD. Blatant blatant penalty that wasn't called. Videos of it were available on you tube, you may still be able to find one if you didn't see it. EDIT: Here you go....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8R_oPtLGac
Bottom line is the same crew screwed up BIG TIME in two high-profile, nationally televised games, and the SEC is doing damange control. But as is often the case with these types of games, the blown call wasn't the reason for the loss.
