News SEC limits football signees to 28 per year

How many did USC sign in 2003? Ohio State oversigned, but it was by such a small margin that Ill give you a pass on that one. Still, the point is they signed a lot of people and after the talent was there they started taking smaller classes.

 

By my count (questionable I suppose), USC had 29 in 2003 but Dreann Rucker drowned at the beach that summer so we had 28. Subsequent years are 19, 19, 25, 18, and 19.
