Mettenberger is on fire. Pass efficiency = #1 Quarterback rating = #1 Fewest sacks = #1 Fewest interceptions = #1 Total Yardage = #2 (Manziel) Touchdowns = #2 (Manziel) Yards per attempt = #2 (Murray)
That has a lot to do with it, LSU normally rotates a ton of players on D and this year there has been even more.
Mettenberger threw 32 TD passes in junior college and (so far) is on track to surpass that this season.
Some may have seen these before, but I still like them........... The best staff at developing talent? http://footballscoop.com/news/7459-the-best-staff-at-developing-talent Behind the scenes at LSU with Tommy Moffitt http://footballscoop.com/news/8486-behind-the-scenes-with-lsu-strength-coach-tommy-moffitt
OMG ITS A SEC DEFENSE SHOWING US METT ISNT AS GOOD AS WE THOUGHT HE WAS. FIRE LES FIRE CAM FIRE CHAVIS WE'RE GOING TO BE LAST IN THE SEC THIS Y... Oh wait, we still won by 35 points?
I expect them to control the clock with the running game anyway, to keep Auburn's offense off the field. IMO, that's the gameplan no matter if it's wet or dry
Prophetic! And I'll add another note to an earlier post. I don't think we've seen very few blitzes due to Chief keeping the D under wraps but because blitzing a spread option team is pretty dangerous. I do believe we will see more of it vs UGA.
Dude was still efficient, we would killed for that kind of efficiency last season with around 250 yards
