On a side note, the announcing was very bad too. Mike Tirico was hardcore for Michigan State and the Big 10. It was pretty amazing to see how obvious it was.
I have never seen a coach just go for the 40 yard FG in OT without first trying to get a first down or TD. I could understand it if you had an All American kicker, but his kicker was 18 for 30 on the year. They have a self-proclaimed incredible passing game, and yet he puts the game on the kicker. Keep in mind, he kneeled on second down, and kicked on third down. His own children yelled at him when he got home!
To this point, what's the grand tally by conference? We should be looking good compared to others shouldn't we?
SEC is currently 4-2 with the 2 losses being UGA (absolutely embarrassing) and Vandy (they got matched up with the big east co-champ). I'm not sure how to if it's fair to add a 1-1 record after the national championship but I don't care as long as we are adding the 1-0 part and not the 0-1 part. Oh and we're 6-2 if you include the newbies (they aren't really part of the big 12 anymore but they aren't a part of the SEC yet...but probably moreso in the SEC than the big 12 now)
That's the second time that UGA has disgraced the conference this year. The Boy-z St game was the first. We should probably ship them to the ACC if they're not going to rep better than that.
