You believe it's expunged. The judge will tell you it's expunged. And it is for employment purposes, etc. However, it sticks with you for life in your criminal file. Yes, in a way it's a lie. No you & boy Shane are way the hell out of your league & have no idea about real law & how it is applied. Other than the bits & pieces you pick up.
He "attended" UCO Oklahoma & works or did work at Monode selling etched glass. Telling the truth is a personal attack? Naw, you're just mad, because you had a hissy fit earlier & I called you on it.
I'm not gonna dog on you man, but seriously, it's not really practicing the law any more, it's honing ones skills on closing the deal. Most defendant's don't even have a chance unless they are loaded or can at least afford an attorney who half gives a shit. Court appointed window lickers could give a fuck where all they wanna do is agree to plea and get back to a paying gig. Prisons are full of broke dicks and half of them for shit they shouldn't even be doing time for. We have the worst prison system on the planet and all prosecutors gotta do is pile on and throw enough on the table to catch a deal before the charges are done circling the bowl. Another notch on the belt. Ahhhh
There are a lot of plea deals going on no doubt. I'm always amazed that some defendants want to try to beat the system, when they're obviously guilty. Hell, they could take a deal, do 2 years & be out, but then they lose & end up spending 5- 7 years. Just plain stupid. I won't disagree about the prison system. There is skill required though. Mostly you have to know the law extremely well.
