Could be 8-0 after the New Years Day bowl games awaiting LSU to bring a clean sweep on home.

    Yeah, that's what I said.

The next 5 are the 5 biggest so we're pretty much starting on a clean slate tomorrow. Basically we need Tenn and Arky not to choke like they always do. UGA, UF should take care of business. And the rest is history :crystal:

UGA and UF should handle their business but I'll go out on a limb here and say UT and Arky are going down.

McFadden is cleared to play, so I think Arkansas pulls it out

Tennessee usually sucks in bowl games, however (too many donuts?)

I know you like stats, so here is one for you...

Interim coaches are 0-5 in bowl games this year. Arky has an interim coach.

One could add the record Arkansas has had in bowl games over the last 15-20 years...I want to say it is along the lines of winning 3 out of their last 13 games?

The Vols should pull this one out Ark may be the weak link unless McFadden has a breakout day! Go Hogs! (Can't believe I' saying that). As we all know they're playing a very good team in Mizzou today. We'll get to see what they're really made of!

That's good to hear a lot of y'all considered Arkansas to be one of the teams most likely to let this SEC down in bowl season. I really wanted that SEC win over Missouri, but yea, its tough when you lose your coach, and some of your stars don't care about returning for the glory of Arkansas, but instead are more concerned about not injuring themselves and their chances at making millions in the NFL.

Like Craig James said earlier: "Missouri is a BCS worthy team that happened to be playing in the Cotton Bowl".

Mizzou is a lot better than people give them credit for simply because they're not as "attractive" from a traditional standpoint but they should, by no means, be a team we should be embarrassed to see Arkansas lose to.

Arkansas is quite possibly in the WORST shape (from an internal perspective) than any other program in the SEC. Administration didn't get along with the head coach....the coaching staff didn't get along....PLAYERS didn't get along with the head coach....and parents of players didn't get along with the head coach...their head coach quit on them prior to their bowl game and their top player was being investigated for possible illegal purchase of an SUV. That program is an embarrassment alright, but NOT because they lost to Mizzou.
