I'm a 26 year old sergeant. I didn't become a police officer to boss people around like a dickhole. I did it because I love my community and that I might make a difference. But martin, there are some turds. Most policemen that are turds are that way because most citizens hate us and love to tell us. But, what do I know..

    this, this, and this.

and one i respect. i have no doubt bb is one of the good guys, given that i know him. if this was a bad cop just throwing a punch to satisfy an angry streak, bb would be the first to say so. ive seen him be honest about these things before. and i will and i will listen to what a cop has to say on this subject before i listen to anyone else on the matter.

swerved, as far as that pic goes, looks like a revolver to me. its not a clear pic but judging by the placement of his fingers, that is my opinion. i said before the cop was lucky he didnt have a riot on his hands. if he hadnt been able to finally subdue these bitches, it might have gotten there.

nope. a better cop could have deflected all her aggressiveness and restrained her without throwing a punch.

i am not saying i care that he threw a weak punch because he was angry. good for him, i dont care, i lose my temper at times as well.

    i'm not.

on many occasions i have told cops to **** off, because they were in the wrong or had way too much attitude. this is not one of those cases, but it happens. just because somebody is a cop that doesnt mean you should listen to them. like i said, cops are often idiots.

All kidding aside, this is usually the most liberal answer in these cases. See, what you're watching happened to that officer in real time. He's trained to go that route, if need be. Looks like training took over.

You can obviously tell that the 17 year old has parents that aren't worth a flying phuck. Look how the mom is acting all jerking away from the police. If you are going to get detained, just let the officer detain you.

BB since you are an officer of the law, i have a question for you, how come everytime i see a chase on TV when the person who is running throws his or her hands up in the air and gives up, the police always come in and throw that person to the ground with the thunder and use way more force than needed to get the suspect down? Is that something that you are trained to do, or by that time are the Po's just so pissed that's what happens.

Really. Who has ever assaulted a cop and gotten away with it? It rarely happens. It doesn't matter if its the Buzz Lightyear cop of the year or the worst excuse for low-life rural deputy . . . you just ain't going to win a fight with a cop. Don't even pop off to them. The thumping you get being subdued on the street is nothing compared to what they can do alone in a room with you.

    Especially in Mexico.

anybody else notice how the one who got popped in the face is the one who then proceeded to stay out of the way and stop causing trouble?

How does one have so many occasions to tell cops off? I'm sure many people have an incident they witnessed or were involved in where they believe the officer acted inappropriately. For someone to have many occasions leads me to believe it's not the officers but the individual with the attitude. Are you sure the guy acting like an idiot isn't the one who stares at you in the mirror each morning?

    Damn New Yourka! :hihi:
