IF the Saints fired him, there would be team after team in the NFL lining up to sign him. The thought of a Superbowl Champion NFL coach at the top of his game coming to be the OC of a college football team is just to absurd to even consider. Plus my daughter goes to school with his kids here in North Dallas. So if he gets moved on, I am sure his first call will be to the Cowboys. Again I also have purple and gold glasses but you have to have some common sense. I know we think every man in the world wants to coach at LSU. But fact is, it simply is not true.
ok well maybe i should have attached more leading details i assumed people would understand the concepts im coming from. If Sean Payton got fired it would be because of league infractions and he would face sever NFL punishment, to escape this he might try to bail and go coach college ball, LSU would be a likely , temporary place for him due to him not having to move and the fans already loving him, not saying its likely just plausible and i specifically remember JJ for Heisman articles i read all last summer
nola.com reporting Payton has put the house in Dallas on the market. I'm sure he's preparing for a sudden need for a large amount of cash, but this may also indicate that a possible move to the Cowboys is out of the picture.
