That interception at the end was NOT a "lucky break." That was an incredible interception that Jefferson went out and made happen. We need to quit shitting ourselves about Kentucky. If we have to be scared about UK, we really are in trouble. Have some testicles, men. A & M is unraveling right now and scored two TDs in garbage time, not unlike how we made the score look better against MSU than it really was. In short, we won't lose the rest of our games. We're more likely to be the team Ole Miss or Bama takes for granted than the other way around.
We shouldn't be scared, but we damn sure better not be looking ahead to the Rebs. UK is more than capable of hanging a L on us.
I agree. But some almost seem to be penciling this in as a loss and also seem a little too impressed with Stoops who has previously proven nothing as a head coach.
Have you ever stopped to consider that the "heart" LSU teams show is a direct reflection of Lesticle? His teams have historically fought to the bitter end. The AU game was a true exception. We even battled back against MSU. There are many things you can decide to deny Les Miles affects positively, and many of those things would be a case of you overlooking what Miles does. However, questioning his heart that infuses the team is truly biased against the man.
There is also an open letter that a Florida fan wrote to the LSU players and coaching staff for the way they reacted to the injury to Latroy Pittman, especially Jalen Collins for leading them in prayer for the UF player. This guy said in 40 years he has never seen anything like what he saw from the LSU players. So kudos to Les for that, you can argue how great a coach he is but can you really argue about the quality of Miles' character and the way he basically raises these young men right out of high school into years 20 or 21 of age? I don't think so.
