Al Woods is at 72. Rated as the 5th best DT.

Cate came in as a 4 star, which surprised me. He is at 67. Rated as the 4th best QB.

Jai Eugene is at 48, the 3rd to last 5 star ranking as they stop the 5 stars at 50. Rated as the number one CB, I'm surprised the number 1 corner would be ranked so low.

Charles Scott is at 93 amd a 4 star. Rated as the 13th best RB.

Scout is dumb, it seems like sometimes they are desperate to do anything to seperate themselves from Rivals, so this time they decided to f*ck up their rankings to be different.

A few other sof note that LSU is on the radar of:

CJ Gable 6th ranked 5 star RB CA. We are in his top 5.

Tim Hawthorne 7th ranked 4 star WR from Bama. We are in his top 7

Andre Smith Top ranked OLman form Bama. We are on his short list but he hasn't narrowed it down a lot that I know of.

Ian Symonette, 3rd ranked 5 star Olman from Texas. We are in his top 5 it appears.

Jonas Mouton, the 5 star 4th ranked safety originally from Louisiana but now livng in California has LSU as one of his top choices.

Antwine Perez, the 3rd ranked 5 star S has LSU in his top 8 and is visiting LSU soon.

Allen Walker, the 10th ranked 4 star S has LSU at the top of his list with UF and loved his visit to Tigertown.

Perrish Cox is rated as the 5th best CB and is 4 stars. It would be fantastic to get him and Eugene.

-What is Ian Symonette doing that high?
-Micah Johnson is the best DT in the country?
-Why is Marcus Ball so low?
-Why is Al Woods so low?
    -No Marcus Tillman?

I could go on. I haven't really paid much attention to Scout in a while anyway though.

Al Woods is a top 20 no matter what. The fact they have him so low discredits them greatly. Thats why I only pay attention to Rivals and then sometimes to collegesports.com

Jvincent25 did a pretty good job of giving reasons why they aren't as good as rivals..

Over the years I have just formed this opinion that Rivals is more right on than Scouts...much more right on...

You gotta thing for Scouts or something?

Man, there are 50 states and thousands of football players being ranked. Al Woods is listed as the 5th rated DT, that's pretty damn high.

I know that five is high, but not for Al Woods. IMO and Rivals (which I agree with) Al woods is the best DT. That's not why I don't like Scouts. I don't like Scouts because they seem to consistently do things like that and they usually turn out wrong...
