very small walls like around a house, or front door can work. walls that go hundreds of miles are not useful. its very easy to climb them or dig under or just go around them somewhere. what we need instead of walls is the end of sanctuary cities and benefits for illegals.
Can't argue the the latter but disagree walls do work along with electronic surveillance etc. Walls discourage, totally prevent and slow crossings drastically so agents can intervene. Besides it pissed off the liberals
dumb waste of money, the border is almost 2 thousand miles. there are a gajillion places to cross. immigration should be managed by simply giving illegals no rights. no right to work, no protections, no benefits.

I was thinking snipers and minefields myself. Just kidding all you woke folk. I like the wall but by itself it is insufficient. We need electronics and underground sensors to detect drug tunnels, drones, etc too. Add actual punishment and take away the money incentive too.
