Is he hurt? Sick? In the dog house? He is a hell of a runningback... Better than Ridley. Why did we not see him on the field with the game on the line and Scott out?

Based on the touchdown run by Ridley, he is our most talented running back.

He should have been seeing PT and been a part of the solution to our running woes.

I have always liked KW, but Ridley is better.

Ridley had one good bounce.. He is EXTREMELY limited in that he does not know the whole offense. He was not impressive in pass blocking either.

Yes it does, honestly we sure could have used them both.
I kept wondering about KW during this game!

Trent Richardson is a true freshman and he seems to be doing just fine at Alabama, its silly to think that Ridley shouldn't be seeing playing time because of not knowing the playbook when he has been in the system going on 2 years.

This is one of my concerns about Miles, that early in the season he does not give enough players a chance to play, especially against unranked teams. Later in the year, if someone goes down to injury, you're putting in a very green "game experienced" person, and it appears to hurt us. Shep may only know 6 plays because that is all he is asked to know. JL has to go in against Bama, and has no significant playing time since last season.

    Bingo.

Shepard should have been acclimated to Collegiate football early and often in the 3 warmup games and thus been a huge part of this offense.

Same for Randle, Ridley, and the list goes on.

Get them out there, let them struggle. That's the only way they'll learn.
