I have spun nothing and quoted nothing from the "conservative view". He is a product of giving and helping. He believes we all need help and that you cannot build your dream on your own.
He said exactly what he believes. That you need help to build your dreams... I believe it was dishonest for him to give that speech when it was only his political way of promoting the raising of taxes.
