I don't quite have a handle on why the special LSU uniforms that they come out with (also see Hurricane Katrina relief uniform of the LSU/Tulane game) never truely look like an LSU football uniform? What year has LSU EVER had shiny metalic gold helmets? Metalic Gold shoes? I think you could slip that uniform into a Washington Huskies road game, and no one would notice. I hated it. Why can't they LOOK something like the traditional LSU uniform? At least, get the gold and purple colors right!
