Of course they're already cheating on the ballistic missile agreement and also using centrifuges they pledged not to. Our sterling president is delaying sanctions as usual and will likely do nothing. I'm sure @red55 and @Tiger in NC will explain how its part of our great leader's plan to confound his....oops I mean our enemies.
Actually what we will see is Saudi Arabia reaching for a nuclear weapon and getting it probably from N Korea possibly Pakistan. What will come is increasing instability and violence. @LaSalleAve has a point; let them kill each other BUT confine it to the ME. I see a Bad Moon Arising

A commonly misunderstood song lyric is called a mondegreen. A mondegreen from Bad Moon Arising is when "there's a bad moon on the right" is heard as "there's a bathroom on the right."

Here's the problem, it won't be confined to the ME. Look at the collateral damage the civil war in Syria has caused in Europe just with the refugee problem. If the two big ME regional powers get into a hot war with a backdrop of religion, geopolitics with nuclear weapons in the mix it will impact your world. Mutually assured destruction doesn't work on people who believe blowing yourself up is a good idea. This could turn out to be a really really bad thing. OR it could cool down. The Middle East is like 'Game of Thrones'; we know the next episode will end with someone getting hurt! Maybe winter is really coming this time.

It doesn't have to be $100 a barrel, but it needs to be higher. It is too low. $65 is a good balance.
