Well you see, he is finally healthy, this year. I eagerly anticipate his transformation in to Captain Chaos.

I am very disappointed by Lee's decision. By all indications, it appeared he was staying at LSU. So much for "wanting the whole college experience". Considering the fact that he hadn't heard from the Dodger organization since they drafted him a few months back, and the fact he was not dealing with the Dodgers through an agent, I'm thinking he had already made up his mind if it all came together on the last day.

Lee did want to enjoy the college experience but he is not a moron. No one is going to turn down 5M plus in that spot.

Lee also did not have an agent. Most draftees have advisors who help with the negotiation process but they are not paid or paid after a deal is done. Most of the big deals are done on the last day.

    Passing
    Jarrett Lee 4-for-9, 82 yards, 1 TD
    Jordan Jefferson 4-for-9, 63 yards, 1 Int.

Those are ugly stats for a scrimmage. What happened to all the hype about how much JJ has improved over the summer? These stats look like the spring game/scrimmage. Ugggghhhh. I'm praying some sort of light goes on for this young man. Scary.

No, they're not. Scrimmages are generally scripted for certain situations, they always are. It's not at all like a full on game.. Look back at some of our other QB's performances in scrimmages/spring games.. you'll see the same.

But that won't coincide with the neysayers plans to always point out the negative. Also, those stats don't show that JJ and the O were more than likely playing the 1's against the 1's, and that more than likely JL and the O were playing against the 2's. If anyone wants to discount the difference in our D's performance when PP is on or off the field they haven't been paying attention.
