Probally has a 'testing' clause in his contract, or an understanding, that he gets tested regularly and on demand.
If he hasn't learned to constructively keep his demons at bay, he will fall when the pressure is on. Every addict has to learn this because the pull is hardest when life gets tough. I can't think of a bigger pressure cooker than working for Saban. This guy beats his people with details which is why many hate working for him. It is effective as history has proven, but you have to have the right mental makeup to live in that environment. If Sark hasn't fixed his problems, they will surface working for the midget. GEAUX TIGERS!
I remember when Kiffin became OC at Alabama, many of us were gleeful predicting gloom for Alabama. Now that Saban has taken on his second "fallen trojan", I won't be surprised if his new patient makes a full recovery and will expect the USC medical school to bestow Saban with doctorate of psychiatry.
I think Saban will help keep sarkesian on the straight and narrow, but I wouldn't have wanted him over Canada. The latter comes with less baggage, but at their best they are both very good. Should be another titanic game if Aranda can get his boys to mush and Canada can whip the O into shape. I see good things in Eaux's future and I hope we get the Bama monkey off our back this year.
Well considering saban was blowing up Canada's phone when we were closing the deal, I don't think sark was his first choice.
