That would be terrible. Even when he came back to the sidelines, he never put weight on that leg. Doesn't bode very well for him. I hope he has a speedy and complete recovery.
It wasn't a lineman that hit him low, it was the RB out of the backfield. I don't know what the rule is about RBs doing that, but the lineman clearly had him engaged high when the RB chopped him low.
I read somewhere he is out for the rest of the season, torn knee ligament. Quite a shame, he will be missed.
That is a shame, when I saw he was hurt it disturbed me. He is great young player, I hope he recovers and can continue to play. By the way wasn't he chopped blocked?
Very sad to hear. He is a big time talent, hopefully he comes back strong for next year and is 100%. Chop blocks should be illegal in any situation. Its freakin cheap.
