Anyone know if we're talking to this guy?? Heard he may have visited LSU with Shugarts.

He's an All-purpose back from Cypress (TX) Cy-Fair.

    Ht: 6-foot-0 (Event)
    Wt: 185 lbs
    Bench max: 335 pounds
    Vertical: 45 inches
    Shuttle: 3.78 secs
    Class: 2008 (High School)

    Amazing speed and cut-back abilities.

His vid. is amazing. I seldom take time to open these types of links but this one is well worth it.

You may want to turn the volume down cause the song with the tape contains a few distasteful words. :thumb:

He's got some impressive highlight videos, that is for sure. I'm suprised at how big of a recruit he's become though given his size. I haven't heard anything yet about how his visit went, but he was with JB who had a great time, so I'd assume he enjoyed his as well.

Yea, but what makes him the RB he is is his ridiculous speed, which in part comes from his current size. The question is can he became an every down back at the next level without losing a step, or is he more of a Trindon Holliday type player.

Not sure... we'll definitely take one, after that it depends on what caliber RB is interested in us I suppose.

Let me say he's more like 5'10" and 175..........but he does run a 4.4 40.

    The visit? :thumb:

The competition? In no particular order; Florida (Urban has spoken to him but with 67 offers out, how can Florida ever make a recruit feel special?), Michigan (they want him.......BAD), and TA&M (he grew up an Aggie fan).

Question: Would Demetrius Byrd give up #2? :yelwink2:

My kids have all gone through Cy Fair ISD (Independent School District for those not in Tx.). All the schools are Cy-Something, my kids went to Cy Springs. I could pick one of his games to go to next year if it sounds like he's looking at LSU I would like to do it.

It's more than an "if". Take in a game and report back. He'll likely either be playing for LSU or somewhere in the SEC which makes him someone to watch either way.

that's exactly what I thought too. It's almost like he's running in a panic.

And the leap frogs? That move only works that well on XBox!

That reminded me so much of Reggie Bush.
