No he's not. He's horribly inconsistent and dependent on complete and total pass protection all of the time, which he won't get anywhere. He's excellent in some phases and he sucks at others. He is what he is.

Weakest link on the team. They continue to play David in man situations when he's more than proven that he will never be able to cut it. They put Josh (hand of stone) Bullocks on the hands team when recovery of an onside kick is their only hope. They continue to run Bush like a fullback when it's obvious to everyone that he can't do it.
