WOW wear did this Defense come from!!!!!! Gay and Porter played their asses off and Coach O has got the Dline looking awsome!!!! The offense played like diddley poo! For those not listening to WWL, on the Devey catch Henderson said that had he dropped that one, he had better just keep running out the exit and all the way back to Baton Rouge! Great hard fought game, Tampa vs New Orleans NEVER dissappoints. I was saying some harsh things about Bush in the start of the game but after his 2nd half play I take SOME of it back. He needs to learn to block or he is gonna get Drew KILLED! Shockey looked GREAT if he can stay healthy I can see a connection there like Brees had in Gates!!!! Kick coverage was great, returns not so great!!! And when oh when will they just give Thomas the ball and let him carry this team!!!????!!???!???!?!?!?!?!?!?
Could not agree more with this assessment, especially about the D. I realize it's the first game of the year, but if we can only shore up the penalty situation and the D keeps playing like that, they've got a good chance to get where they want to go.
