    the same great DBs that allowed Brees to get close to the record in the 1st place by putting the Saints in shootouts cost him a shot to break it.

    It doesn't matter.

    Saints won't fix their defense, yet again, and go 7-9, 8-8 again next year.

    Brees will prolly throw for 6,000 yds next year.
