This is the first OC I have ever complained that we actually pass too much.

Deuce is too good a RB to waste him.

I would like to see more balance.

Great drive. Lots of time off the clock, gives our defense a rest. Now a 2 possession game. I think we are in good shape as long as we don't turn the ball over.

Ok, someone tell me what other offensive coordinator would have called for a fly pattern with the score 24-13 with 2:30 left on the clock?

    This dude is pure genius.

Defense played about as well as we could have played. Nice job on McFadden...er Vick and the boys.

Duece punches it in ...Saints win easily....

Could Sean Peyton be saving Duece for the playoff drive? When defenses are weak a strong Duece with the quick RB will be almost unstopable. That will also keep our defense off the feild in those important games.

I got Faith in Sean. Keep airing it out and let's get to the playoffs!!!

    Carolina lost!

So all the naysayers are gonna be back on the Saints bandwagon to win the division.

I don't see why they lost faith in us. I didn't think Atlanta had much of a chance to win today.

I think the only question about Payton is falling in love with the pass too much. Running Deuce 20-25 times would give us a much better time of possession stat, which in turn keeps your defense off the field that much longer.

Actually I think Payton is holding back Reggie. He is the one who will be unleashed come playoff time.

If you were told at the beginning of the year that Reggie's stats would look somewhat mediocre after 11 games, you wouldn't think the offense was that successful. What you wouldn't have realized is how smartly Payton has used him in so many instances as that decoy.

Saints sweep the Falcons. That's sweet. Today was a huge game, both teams have been on a losing skid.

Thought Vick would just run wild if the Saints D didn't make some 2nd half adjustments. D was have problems containg Vick and not having enough pressure on him. Didn't hurt that the Falcons were dropping passes left and right.

On the 3 and 7 w/ 2:30 left, I thought SP had to be aggressive with his play-calling. Maybe a curl/rail or some play-action like they did out of the I. Didn't want to sit on the ball and let the Falcons D just stuff the line and get the ball back.

Saints now 7-4 and back on top of the division!

Back home next week against the 49ers.

I just the caught the end of the post game show and stopped wathching the game with 2:00 to go, but what did Vick do? Apparently they were booing him and he reacted by doing something...
