    Yes, his problem has always been inconsistency. He'll make the great catch like that one, and drop the one that hits him between the numbers.

    I would love to see Bush do well but I really don't understand the people who keep defending him. He's not a great player in the NFL.

    Maybe he will be but how long should we wait? He definitely doesn't "currently" deserve a new contract and isn't even doig well as a Special Teams player.

    I stand by my assessment of Bush. For all of the genius that Payton shows in his offense, he appears to be at a total loss for how to use RB. As someone said in another thread, they need to quit using him as a running back who can catch, and start using him as a receiver who can run.

    I am a big Reggie fan, but I will not deny that he has had a dreadful start to this season.
