Another make believe PI saves the Falcons from punting.

I wrote it joking with my daughter and she hit the button. I couldn't delete it quick enough.

    Wishful thinking.

Never rely on a kick when you have other options. Kicking should always be a last option.

I'm not trying to knock the Falcons because they're in our division and a lot of their fans are thugs...but I don't see this being a division winner or championship team.

They played as well as they possibly could and the Saints made numerous mistakes and they barely get out alive due to Hartley looking like crap this year.

We are a different team without Reggie Bush. We are missing an entire dimension to our offense. I'm not necessarily saying that's why we lost this game....I'm just pointing out an observation.

We look like everyone else without Reggie.

Pressure kick. The Falcons look good this year. Tough running game with a monster fullback and they seem to know how to use it. Falcons have the whole package and will go far if they stay healthy.

Saints need more beef in the defense. The Atlanta lines look strong.

I don't think so but okay.

On another note...I saw a few minutes of the Arkansas/Alabama game yesterday. A DB from Bama grabbed an Arkansas pass and established control with both feet inbounds before going out.

When did that become an interception? :)

Dre did put me in mind of you know who. I think the official ruling was indisputable visual evidence. Whatever that means.

Just getting back to the hotel from the game. The Dirty Birds have invaded NOLA. Man, you'd think THOSE guys just won the Super Bowl. Brave bunch with all the taunting of Saints fans in their own back yard. I'm not sure I want to go into the Quarter tonight because it's going to get violent if that sh!t continues after everyone is good a drunk.

You guys gotta give me some insight on that 'pass interfenrence' call Gonzales got on that final drive. From our vantage point, it looked like a) an uncatchable pass and b) incidental contact AFTER the ball was over his head.

Glad to see Lance Moore have a huge game. Where's that guy been? Reggie Who?

Bottom line right now is we can't run the ball or stop the run. Not a recipe for repeating. Man, Sharper means everything to that D.
