He needs a 30 yard strike because I doubt seriously he'll get 400 yards against Carolina even if they rest many of their starters.
We don't need Brees breaking any records. That would be just be more leverage for his agent to use against the Saints to make us allocate more money toward Brees instead of toward positions that we need help at.
Announcers mentioning how the Lion fans are booing their team--that's just like the Dallas fans did to the Cowboys yesterday.
It won't matter either way. He's going to get the top dollar regardless. The Saints need to stop making stupid decisions and finally get serious about their secondary. We don't need another offensive player. This is another Saints season of mediocrity. If they do just enough to keep people buying tickets without costing Benson a lot of cash, he'll call it a successful season.
I am very pleased with the Saints, just like the people that are selling out the Superdome to watch the Saints. Also, I love watching how the NFL analysts talk good about the Saints--many of them are wowed by the Saints. WHO DAT!
