saints troubles?

i read in the paper the other day that new orleans or louisiana was out 27.5 million or needed the huge sum to keep the superdome. i don't know what the deal is, we only get about half of the much needed saints coverage down here. can someone elaborate?

yeah that was my bad.. i just saw the 2009 saints post and it got me thinking.... too bad my parents did not have any children that lived...
