Saints tried to get Wells late in first round

Thank God. That would have been so f-in dumb to give up another pick next year just to get Wells. The guy is too one dimensional. I'm sure he'll be a decent back but nothing extraordinary.

yeah he was taken in the first and we didnt even have a 2nd rd pick or a 3rd. id have taken him over jenkins.

 

Well didnt they say something about Davis having character issues, however, he is more of a true corner than Jenkins is.
