It's late Sunday night after the NFC and AFC championship games, and I happened to notice that the Saints season review/Superbowl recap DVD is on sale for 3.49 at Amazon.com. The blu-ray is $10.49. I've had this sitting in my cart for almost a year now, guess it's time to pull the trigger...
It's just the summary. If they had the whole game, I'd like to own that. I have the game stored on my DVR so I will watch it again from time to time. I still choke up after the interception.
Yes, you are correct, it is the NFL Films season summary. All the games, including the Superbowl, condensed down to about one hour and fifteen minutes. I just watched it, and in my opinion, you can't go wrong with buying this for $3.49, even if you have to pay shipping. The picture quality on the DVD is fantastic. But as always, YMMV. (I just checked, and both the DVD and Blu-ray are still in stock at Amazon at these prices ...)
