Schools and businesses across the city are shutting down early so people can get out to the parade. NOLA.com will stream the parade beginning at 5 p.m. from Tchoupitoulas and Poydras Streets. Re: Saints Super Bowl Parade-Tuesday Looks like I'll be watching on NFL Network; they'll be broadcasting from 5:00 - 6:00 PM. I'm recording it in case I don't get home in time. The out-of-staters can also get streaming video from nola.com.
