ok im done with the payton play-calling bullshiit. how ridiculous are the continual third and one calls. an end around, a pitch back, a quadruple reverse halfback safety dropkick pass.

    enough already.

clair, feel free to pile on.

Payton won't get a DC to save his life.

He will be fired after next season.

Saints start all over. Once again.

I think you might be right!

I also think it is time this team starts really looking at trading Bush before he gets hurt again. He does nothing to add to the teams success. Unless he is willing to become the Kickoff and Punt returner and playing as a scat back we dont need him on the team!

The problem is not that Reggie isn't a good weapon, the problem is that Payton makes him the focus when he's in the game. The offense looked great in the 4 games that he was out. Was it because he wasn't in there? I don't think so. I think it was because it force Sean to call a more balanced game. Bush can be a GREAT weapon when he's used as a change of pace, or just another option. When you start calling sweeps, screens and all sorts of plays just to try to get him the ball, it takes away from the rest of your offense. Bush isn't the problem, it's Sean's playcalling.

The Saints don't need another offensive minded coach. We could coach the offense to 21+ points. The Saints need a guy that knows defense.

I was iffy on the Saints picking Bush, and he's proving to be a bust. Another Heisman winner down the drain so far. Convert the guy to a slot receiver, or trade him for something...

    Xbox Payton needs to go.

Not sure about that. Bush didnt play in almost the entire 4th quarter and at one point during he was standing alone away from the team while the offense was on the field AND at one point put on a jacket. Him being the central focus could have to do ALOT with him as well as Payton.

The reason I brought up who I did is if he is doing that in Zona it would be a huge plus. And Zona still has a decent running game to go along with that pass.

We just need us a good DC that the head coach allows to call the game!

I was happy to get Bush in the draft because I thought he would cause problems for opposing defenses. Dropping the ball and not having the ability to run between the tackles has made him a glorified punt returner.

Yesterday he showed another weakness by trying to run backwards and side to side on punt returns. I think the guy is tremendously talented but he doesn't seem to fit into this offense. Without him, I believe the Saints win the game against the Bucs.

He's from California so maybe we can get the Raiders to overpay for him with draft picks and/or players. Al Davis loves his over-hyped Heisman winners so maybe we could get one more trade before he kicks the bucket.

We'll need a power runner on offense and a few personnel upgrades at LB, CB, and S.

1 less turnover per game on offense...
3-5 more running first downs per game on offense...
1 less TD given up per game on defense...
1 TD held to a FG per game on defense...
5-6 less first downs given up per game on defense...

...and we can contend for a shot at the Super Bowl.

We have a lot of the pieces already. We just need a few upgrades. We also need a LEADER on defense. Somebody please stand up!

I am not sure why we expected anything else from a team that is always an 8-8 team. From the top down, this organization is perfectly happy with a break even record.

I am pretty much done with peyton. The 3rd down efforts of this Saints team is pitiful. Why he chooses not to use Deuce is beyond me. The offensive line is a joke. Jammal Brown is an embarassment. That guy was beaten all day. Why are we wasting money and eh players?

about Bush -- teh guy has talent i can't disagree but this backwards running is outrageous, Why they can't break him of this is beyond me. I was honestly hooping that he would still be injured from yesterday game.
