    Grant should just be happy he has a ring. He had some good games but never earned the money he was paid.

    Grant is a pretty big surprise. Was reading a heated thread on the big Saints forum where some predicted he would get cut... and then others pointed out why he wouldn't be cut... even the big insider with years of proven inside info (up to now) said there would be no way Grant would get cut...

    Grant was a shoe in to get cut after almost getting traded a couple of times and his huge salary without even getting on the field half the time. Not even in the playoffs this year. Saints need all $$$$ they can get right now to keep the core of the team together.

    Yeah, that was what some people said. Then others had very good arguments against that. Both Grant and Smith have been highly discussed/argued in the Saints world since well before this season because of how much money we pay them. There is a lot of discussion on both them. Only Bush is more controversial.
