I can not believe I posted the Saints and picking #1 in the next draft. I feel like I betrayed my own brother, I am ashamed. And I know the Saints have broken mine and everyone else hearts MANY MANY MANY Times, but there is something abut this team. Almost sub human. Makes you wonder if there is an Heaven and if so did Buddy D gather all those Saints fans that were claimed by Katrina and they are WILLING the Saints to win. I dont care who you are or what you believe in if the Saints make this season THE SEASON, you can not doubt in the fact that there is higher powers at work. Geaux Saints, the dingy good ole hat is out of storage and dusted off because I Believe!
I BELIEVE!!!! WHO DAT!!!!! What a great game and what a great way to bring football back to New Orleans. I had tears in my eyes watching Hollywood Joe Horn lead the team onto the field. The crowd was alive, the team was alive, from what I'm told, the city was alive all day. Buddy D is giving the post-game show of his life (or afterlife) right now up in heaven.
I wonder how many Saints fan will come from the boondocks in the next week proclaiming their love ( even though they had long given up on the Saints and moved to the cowboys or Texans?)
Kind of like all the "LSU" fans that showed up before the OSU game in 04? Watch em break their ankles jumping on the wagon. I am gonna get my broon so I can chase em away.
