To be honest, I don't know if the NCAA has a leg to stand on at this point. This NIL thing is so out of control that trying to harness it in at this point may be impossible. Recruits now know that millions of dollars are up for grabs and they're going to want their piece of the pie, regardless of what rule the NCAA may try to implement.
