Sad Photos - Old Alex Box

I'm not even much of a LSU baseball fan, but these even get to me.

 

Nothing about the old Alex Box makes me feel sad even while it is being torn down.

 

Lots of good memories there? or just not a fan and has no impact on you?

 

Lot's of good memories and nothing can ever take that away. It also helps that we have a championship in the new one as well.:thumb:

What is replacing the stadium?

 

That is sad, lots of good skip bertman camp memories there.

 

It does for me, growing up Baton Rouge we would play Summer league baseball there.
I was on the Ralph and Kacoo's summer league teams.

I have fond memories as a high school kid playing baseball there.

 

Word on the street is a parking tower. If it's anything like the monsters at UGA, I would suggest you avoid at all costs on game day.

 

Probably nothing except grass lot parking for a while. LSU is taking huge budget cuts. this month and again in July.
