Could be, I feel that's what happened to Reed, Henry, Ragland, and Robinson dropping to 2nd round. Stupidity circulating about overused players. All the clubs who got them were downright giddy said they were a steal. No kidding? As far as your editorial, I appreciate your reference to Lynyrd Skynyrd, the greatest collection of guitar pickers in a band in my generation. Shoutout to Rossington, Medlocke, and the best of the best Allen Collins. Freebird in concert was the bomb.
Justice can really be a phantom concept, can't it? It all depends on one's personal perspective, I guess. While I look at this situation through my purple and gold glasses, you sport your crimson colored spectacles and we see a totally different picture, don't we...
The way we feel about Cam Robinson's situation you feel toward Jeremy Hill's situation. We look at Hootie Jones second chance with the same smile of approval that you saw with Jordan Jefferson. Throw in the Honeybadger and I'll throw in Pettway. We all feel the same, just never at the same time. It's almost comical.
Man we all thought Jefferson should have been booted and a lot of us thought Hill should have been booted too. Hill didn't have a stolen gun though.
I thought Cam and Hootie should get 6 games, but nobody ever asked. I've said it was the gift of a lifetime for both of them. I hope they don't blow it. Having a stolen gun in your state is not saying much if the DA can't prove you bought it knowing it was stolen. There are a lot of reasons Jerry Jones thought about this prosecution.
Please take a trip to Funroe and relive the Cam/Hootie experience. Let us know how that prosecution works out.
