saban is a good football coach there is no question, but aside from football he thinks he is a snakecharmer, and he isnt. the day will come where bama fans will start to see through the lies and deceit. only problem for them is that day will probably be the day he decides to bolt.

I'm different from most on this, I think he stays at Bama basically forever. We loved him while he was here and overlooked his craziness so I can see why Bama fans love him.

Don't underestimate fan interaction at games. I saw it in the 2003 Georgia game after that 80 something yard TD for the Bulldogs and again last year against Troy. Those of you who weathered the Troy game heard a crowd of 25,000 that was damn near as loud as 95+. It fired up the team no doubt.

There is no doubt that the team played flat and lost because of it. And that is in no way reflective of fan support, at least it's not supposed to be, not against a team like Utah.

Saban failed to motivate his players - pure and simple. After the game, he seemed to take that line. Now this statement is misdirection and a shifting of the blame.

    He should run for congress.

I just hope Alabama takes every game serious this year. Even FIU, North Texas and Chattanooga.

Alabama vs Tulane 2008: 20-6. Alabama should have won that game 35-6 at least.

Alabama vs Kentucky 2008: 17-14. Not what anyone expected.

We know the history of Saban against weak competition better than anyone. Very frustrating...
