Of course every coach politics. Les did it before the 2007 season, and it worked perfectly. However, not every coach is so severely lacking in decency and self-respect to be so overtly hypocritical, particularly after shamelessly fellating the media for a do-over the previous year.

You'd think that jackass would learn to count his blessings, but perhaps he doesn't care since Terry is currently house-hunting in the upscale parts of Cleveland.

there is no hypocrisy by saban here. its not comparable to last year. saban says the loser of the seccg should get a bcs bowl. he did not say that a team that doesnt play in the conf cg should not play in the NC.
