    ...before this gets spun in to a situation where he's after you commit, understand there are 4 other Div. 1 prospects that are upcoming for the '08 class. I have my doubts we'll sign another QB, and, based on that, I doubt we'll be talking to Lee.

    Offensive lineman Luke Poehlman (6-7, 265, 4.9)
    Fullback/linebacker Ryan Roberson (6-0, 225, 4.57)
    Tailback Lester Ward (6-2, 198 4.4)
    Linebacker/tight end Kyle Mangan (6-2, 225. 4.6).

    Terry,

    Making a visit for the class of 2008 so close to NSD for 2007? All of the cows in the barn? If I were NF my eyebrows would raise a tad....

    It doesn't matter, Satan could offer all the money he is giving other recruits and it wouldn't sway Lee. He is about as solid to LSU as any other recruit we've got. He was in love with Jimbo Fisher,but didn't bat an eye when Jimbo left..He's committed to LSU for himself and not for anyone else it seems..

    I think he's probably referring to Nick Fanuzzi, the 3 Star QB who just committed to the Crimson 'Tahd.

    Perhaps I didn't make it clear enough. It's not Lee he's is visiting...it's the other 4.

    FWIW, by my count, there are about 25 offers out to the class of '08 right now. Geez, now-a-day David, this contact starts in Jr. High school...or at least, observations.

    To add a note...I wasn't trying to insinuate he was after Lee...but, I suspect, if someone heard he was there next week they would post, unfoundedly, that it was because of Lee.

    I'd bet a dollar or two that Saban is not allowed to visit 2008 recruits at home this early.
