some will out right admit they still have a crush on him.

others point out over and over and over how much they hate him as a way to try to cover up their fixation with him. news flash. that isnt working!

Very true. The fact remains, Saban was a very instrumental part of LSU being what we are today, and to deny that or that Saban is an excellent coach is just a means of hiding ones true feelings about him. Also, LSU was very instrumental in making Saban be who he is today. Remember there is a fine line between love and hate, and they both take a lot of energy to support the emotion. Personally, I thank him for what he did at LSU, and am happy for the SEC that he has made Bama relevant again, but that is about as far as it goes. Other than that, Miles is our coach now and I only have enough energy to support him.

I wouldn't put it past Sexton to pitch it, but Bama would never let that happen.

In truth, I don't think Nick would want any part of this dance - just too damn messed up; he is back where he wants to be in college ball and has a great situation at Bama.

Exactly. I don't hate him. I don't really have anything for him, other than respect as a coach and happy for what he produced while he was here. But obvious comparisons and what-not's are so overstated these days by some fans. But I like to take jabs at him and Alabama too, so.....
