"that guy" was different guys...and he did shut all of them down except 1 and on that 1 he made the play (late throw but the play was made).

Play 1 was a different receiver than the other 3. On Play 1 Rocky covered him like a blanket. Play 2 was busted when Rocky tied the guy up and he fell. Play 3 Rocky was beat on the late cut but he covered him for a good while. Play 4 Rocky was beat but the throw was way behind the reciever.

I can see what Miles liked about him though. he looks intense and he seems to be very fast. I really like him too. He's an unknown but looks to have great potential.

the Nike camp was a good showing for him. But you don't see those three and four moves down field plays. The QB would be eatin alive in the SEC if a WR's made 4 cuts down field. And in his highlight video's he is always around the ball. That's some thing you cant teach, he looks like a good DB, or maybe a better SS or FS

Assuming Stephen Francois is going to be our FS of the future, Duplessis might be a "Craig Steltz" to Francois' "Jessie Daniels"....

the talk around his hometown is that he is probably projected as a safety(he has good instincts for the ball, and he does play fast) or possibly bulking him up and moving to a linebacker (because of his speed being a question) He is a very good athlete though. I think he will get alot of consideration on his production on the baseball field as well. I am going to therer first home game this friday against Central Lafouche , and will leave my comments on what i thought of him in that game. Should see him playing wide out too since their offense is suppose to open up their playbook with much more passing. FYI Rocky is not from Belle Chasse , he lived in Buras and then after Hurricane Katrina they moved up the parish to Belle Chasse where he stays now. Buras was devistated by the hurricane.

He ran very fast at LSU's camp, so I don't think his speed is a concern with our coaches, but they were lining him up at Safety & playing him like a LB in the camp. VT does something similar with their defense, and it could bring some interesting versatility.

I have only heard the name on the All-State Sugar Bowl Prep Football Round-up. Deke Bellavia says he is a player. Deke seems to have a pretty good hand on high scholl talent.

Who knows more---the professional coaches---or the rating guys?

Here's a fact for you----20% of the players drafted in the latest NFL Draft were 2 Stars or less coming out of high school!

i watch him play all the time... hell i grew up with playing with his brother... he had about 150+ in return yards last week... with a touchdown and a return to the 2. he is all over the field.. and they need to put him on the other side of the ball... he is a play maker... give him the ball... becnel is a idiot for not playing that man at wide out too.... hes got hands...http://www.tigerforums.com/images/smilies/crystal.gif
