I think he goes to the Vols for some reason, they seem like they are pretty desperate right now and will do anything to justify those salaries they have to pay.
I looked at Tennessee in the rivals rankings and was surprised to see how well they were doing. If they finish strong with 3 or 4 more highly touted commits, then Tennessee might be just outside the top 10, which is amazing.
