    Rumors are swirling now.

Some are saying his mom is denying that they ever said he was going to commit this week and he is still planning to attend the A&M spring game and LSU later this month.

Some Clemson fans say the source is the type that likes to lead the fans on and he is the only one reporting it.

Either way we are in this for the long haul.

This is one of the best opinions i've read about this whole matter. I agree 100%. He's a big time football recruit with immediate impact potential. Why play for a 2nd rate ACC school when you know there's not a snowballs' chance in heck in playing for a conference or national title? When he could be a leader on a team that competes for a SECC title every year and a possible national title before he leaves for the pros.
It's a no brainer... he'll be a Tiger in P&G before it's all over or he'll be another talented player who wasted his potential.

You guys make these decisions seem so much easier than they really are. Thank goodness guys like Addai, Wilkerson, Davis, Toefield, Spears, Clayton, Hill, Williams, etc. all came to LSU when we seemed to be a second rate program instead of going to the premiere programs that were recruiting them at the time.

    Re: Craig Loston

I am not so pessimistic. If, as stated earlier in this thread, his mother is the driving force for Clemson, why would she want him to visit Clemson before committing to Clemson.
The story implies he wanted to commit to Clemson, but does not specifically state who he wanted to commit to. His mother's stated concern would be logical if he were about to choose a school other than Clemson. :helmet:

Anyway, I still have hope. If the story is accurate, I guess we will find out Wednesday.

Report coming out the he will not commit this week and the family is upset about the quotes out of the SC newspaper because they were never said.
