Re: Craig Loston Loston is always laying low and staying away from interviews, etc... One way not to lay low is to decommit and bring attention to the situation.:wink:
Re: Craig Loston Welcome to the forum. Yea, I think the chances of USC of getting sanctioned are slim to none. The day USC gets sanctioned for anything will be the day the earth will change as we know it.
Re: Craig Loston I have heard there were two or three in addition to Davenport. Bell is supposed to be one, but so far nothing official. I would not count on Loston.
Re: Craig Loston Can't get into too many details but the signs are all there. LSU fans are getting way more information than Clemson fans about their commit. I had to tell a whole board the other day that he would not be enrolling early. I do not get into it with the Clemson fans because the fact that they are not aware of anything tells you a lot. Loston and Miles tried to keep his visit in June under wraps to prevent interviews, etc... Loston committed in part to get away from all the attention. Shep and others are saying good things about the possibilites of him being apart of this class. He had a great visit this past weekend and Loston is still not talking. Most commits would say I am still strong on my commitment, etc... Not sure if this is a sign but could be based on what Darren Myles heard or felt over the weekend but we were at the top of his list and after the camp this weekend it seems like he is looking in another direction. Athlon had a interview with him and his coach and his coach said he was kinda committed to Clemson. GEAUX TIGERS got a message from Shep this weekend saying he could send him a text message where Loston said he is not going to Clemson. Shep is also not mentioning Loston as much as he used to in his on the record interviews and I assume it is because he knows that his cousin wants to be under the radar and feels good about him being apart of this class. I do not expect to hear anything on the record from Loston or a decommit anytime soon because that would just bring more unwanted attention to himself. All this is not new but like most we always expected his commitment to be very weak and I have never felt more confident that we get him in the end as I do now.
