I think the future looks good for RP, too. He settled in nicely and played like a winner.

For his level of experience, I was impressed. He didn't have Sr. polish, which I wouldn't expect; he has not seen enough starting playing time.

I like his are strength and quick release. He seems to see the field pretty well, he's athletic and can scramble.

We'll be in good hands next year. By the end of his Sr. year, he should be something (and his Sr. season will be another odd year, better home schedule).

    Geaux Ryan!!!

What game were you watching? Ryan, for somebody who hasn't played in WEEKS, came in and got the job done. You can't blame the playcalling on him. Yeah he threw an interception, but on the replay it was clear what he was trying to do and Toliver broke of just as he threw it.

RP is going to be scary good next year.

Come on now, Matt Flynn has only thrown for more than 66.7% once this year, and it was against Mississippi, the winless team in the SEC and remember Perrilloux spiked the ball twice too. That was a legit team overthere, and Perrilloux did a great job with a below average play from the O-line. Matt Flynn is a great Tiger and deserved his playing time this year, but lets not make him the Peyton Manning of college football. Perrilloux is a very solid player that you should be hearing his name in the Heisman talk next year.

What Hester did? Hester got shut out on 4th and 3rd and 1, plays that could've put this game away. Hester is great and played great, but not an MVP performance, Im sorry.

What I saw tonight was a pure QB. Never felt that way about Flynn.

Thank you. Perrilloux showed flashes of JaMarcus out there. Boy showed some real confidence in the face of pressure.

btw, for whoever thought he did nothing special. How about that bomb he threw to LaFell? That should've been a sack.

There was never any time that I felt nervous with having RP back behind center. His performance was impressive considering the factors, even though it wasn't all that flashy.

I do think the coaches would've called some plays differently if they trusted him more/he had more experience.

Our offense should be very good with him at the helm next year.
