I don't buy it either. Until something happened to show him he had to change he was going down. He seems to have put it together. It doesn't matter where you go, you have to take yourself with you.
I truly hope he gets his life together. We should all remember that he was the MVP of the 2007 SECCG, and without that win we have no 2007 NC.
If you're surrounded by bad influences, then you're putting yourself in that environment. If you know they're bad, GET AWAY FROM THEM. Especially with so much on the line, you'd think he could be a little more responsible. But oh well, all the best to him at Jacksonville state. Maybe he can still pursue his dream of 4 heismans :insane:
They must be the reason he was suspended for the first game of the season against Georgia Tech.
Plenty of UT players smoke weed and get into other types of trouble. They typically don't get tough suspensions, so maybe he would've fit right in @ UT...
If "if" was a 5th....... Man up RP and stop blaming everyone for your behavior or someday the judge will not be lenient on your sentence. He/she will not want to hear about you "not going to play for Mack Brown."
May have to summons Bhelm on this one but wasn't Colt McCoy on board or at least taking a good look up until RP said he was going to LSU? I may be getting senile in my later years but I thought he was a possibility in that class?
I'm pretty sure LSU is always a serious contender for LSU. I know it's a typo, but couldn't resist.
