    He'll move back up. They are heading to Houston to watch a few of our recruits. A recruit can not be moved up unless he has been evaluated in that period, and RS's drop was due more to others moving up.

    Hasan Lipscomb looks good, aside from the fumble. Have to wonder how much of that is the offense they run and having a QB like Shepard. We could wind up with three of the top four players out of Texas, that's a nice thought.

    I would assume this has to count as film that they would use for evaluation purposes

    Correct. This is the time that they start getting senior film so look for lots of changes in the next evaluation period.

    I turned it off at halftime. What did Shepard do in the second half?

    Did not throw an incompletion the whole game.

    His final stats were 11 for 11 passing for 175 yards and 2 TDs and 121 rushing yards on 13 attempts and 2 TDs.

    Houston-Cypress Ridge quarterback and LSU commitment Russell Shepard accounted for 286 yards and 6 TDs in a 48-41 win over Langham Creek. Shepard completed 8 of 11 passes for 138 yards and 2 TDs and also rushed 24 times for 148 yards with 4 TDS.
