I see Randle and Shep both being immediate impact players as true freshman. Randle appears to be the most dynamic WR coming out of high school in Louisiana history.
Shep is getting a lot of love on ESPN Live and SportscenterU before the game. Can't wait to see him in action.
Showing his character on all the interviews they are playing during the game and putting on a show on the field. Had a nice run that was called back early in the game, had another where he went for 30 or more while shaking the CB out of his cleats, and a 37 yard run for a TD. Just added another 30+ yard TD run. Shepard is showing his arm strength and accuracy as well. Threw a bullet over the middle for a 40 or so yard TD and a bomb for a 65-70 yard TD that was placed perfectly over the shoulder of the WR. On the big stage making it look easy and not being cocky in the least. I think they just said he had 19 TDs called back last year because of penalties. Cy Ridge 33 Cy Falls 7 2 minutes left in the 1st half.
Another incredible run.......he's pretty good. Then he gives the ball to the ref and goes back to the sideline.
I'm sold on Shepard. He must have a pretty good chance at moving up to #1 overall if he always plays at this level.
They mysteriously dropped him from #3 to #8 in their latest update this week. While USC-bound Barkley continues to be an interception machine and stays at #1.
